Meet The Andersons
Meg and Happy Anderson are professional actors with over 25+ years of combined improvisational comedy, theater and business training experience. They are both actors, improvisers, private coaches, teachers, directors and producers. Together they make a powerful and dynamic pair who love to share their enthusiasm and confidence with clients throughout the corporate and non-profit sectors. They are based in New York City.
Happy Anderson
Happy Anderson received his BFA in Acting from Ithaca College and his MFA in Acting from Indiana University. He won numerous awards and scholarships for excellence in Acting, including the 2001 NSAL.
He is a member of SAG, AFTRA and AEA. As an educator, Happy has served as Visiting Professor at Ohio Northern University,
Associate Professor at Indiana University and Teacher's Assistant at Ithaca College. He has taught at the Texas Shakespeare Festival, The Peoples Improv Theater (aka The PIT) and New York's Professional Performing Arts School. He is an SAFD-certified (Society of American Fight Directors) actor combatant and taught stage combat at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. Happy has been a private acting coach for over a decade and has worked on stage and screen with Al Pacino, Julia Roberts, Mandy Patinkin, Drew Barrymore, Ron Rifkin, Daniel Sullivan, Michael Greif, Adrian Noble and many others.
Theater Directing credits include: The Importance of Being Ernest (Ohio Northern University), It Came From Below (SoloCom 2013 at The PIT, TaDa Theatre), Ancient History (Ithaca College), In the Boom Boom Room (Indiana University), and Fumed Oak (Ulster Academy of Performing Arts). Happy developed and directed new works for young actors at the Tin Can Fantasy Factory (Ithaca, NY). He co-wrote, co-produced, and performed in numerous productions for Waterwell Productions (New York, www.waterwell.org) and served on the Board of Directors for No Bucks Theatre (Ithaca, NY).

Meg Griffiths Anderson is an actor and improviser who loves to use her malleable facial expressions, physicality, and off-beat humor to go to great lengths for a joke. Meg is a founding member of one of New York's longest running long-form improvisational comedy teams,

The PIT, coaches indie teams and directs shows, creates and produces short videos, and is currently performing her one woman show, "It Came From Below." Meg has appeared on MTV, E! Entertainment, Discovery Channel and Above Average. She is a contributing writer on Reductress.com. She has performed live comedy at dozens of venues across New York City.
For over a decade, Meg has also been an event planner in New York City. In 2009, Meg founded MGA Events, a full-service event planning company. Her unique training as an improviser and producer informs her intuitive understanding of the pressures of day-of event logistical management.
